XrbiaHinjewadi is being developed on approximately 200 acres of land out of which over 40% of the property is dedicated to green open spaces with playgrounds, pools, parks, water bodies, roads, and recreation areas.

It will have world-class schools spread over 9 acres of land, accommodating approximately 3500 students and a primary health care facility spanning over 50,000sq ft.Considerable space has been reserved for commercial units such as business centers, malls and multiplexes. 
Xrbia’smission is to build “A 100 new cities by 2030” to facilitate the present speed of urbanization in India.
The present strategy of in-situ development cannot address the scale of the problem; it can be best solved by building new cities.
